The Treasury Commissioners have appointed the sum of One Thousand Pounds to be immediately issued to the Treasurer for the Commander in Chief of the Squadron now going out for special Services. They direct that you make forthwith a Bill of Imprest for the said sum payable to the Commander in Chief although his name be not particularly mentioned.
