In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Direct you, as soon as the Men ordered to be turned over from the VICTORY, SUFFOLK, ELIZABETH, ESSEX and EXPEDITION are put on the respective Ships to which they are directed, to cause the five Ships to be brought up to Chatham in such order as shall be best for the speedy putting in hand for repairs.
You are to cause the repairs to be put in hand with all possible dispatch.
Also direct you, as soon as the three Ketches ordered to take in Stores for the Bomb vessels are ready to proceed to the Buoy of the Nore, to cause them to be carried down there by the Riggers and Ordinary at Deptford and Woolwich if they have not sufficient Men of their own.
