In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Having ordered the Commander in Chief at Blackstakes to turn over Men from their Warships there on board the DEFIANCE, ENGLAND MERCHANT, and each of the Bomb vessels, the FIREDRAKE, SERPENT, MORTAR and GRANADA, we direct you to cause such Men as shall be turned over to be paid on board their Ships the Wages due to them to the last of March past.
