I have received your letter of the 29th inst; and send you enclosed orders to the Commanders of any of their Majesties' Ships bound from the Nore to the Westward, to convoy the KATHERINE transport Ship.
I also inform you that the DEFIANCE and NORWICH and all the Bomb vessels are going to Portsmouth, so that if the Captain of her applies to himself to any of the Commanders of these Ships, they will take care of him.
