In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The wages due to the Commissioned and Warrant Officers of the ASSURANCE and GUERNSEY are to be paid and the former are to be discharged. Those Warrant Officers who are volunteers are also to be paid and discharged; and those who are not are to be turned over, as are the remainder of their crews.
