In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Thomas Marshall, Master of the ISLE OF WIGHT Yacht, is to have the wages of a Master in a Sixth Rate. Captain Roger Bellwood, formerly commander of the SCARBOROUGH Ketch, has certified that Christopher Short was authorised to act as Boatswain in succession to David Hartley who was sent ashore lame. He is to paid accordingly.
