In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
In pursuance of her Majesty's pleasure, signified by a letter of the 6th inst; from Sir John Trenchard, Principal Secretary of State, we direct you to prepare an account to be laid before her Majesty, of the State and Condition of all their Majesties Ships of War, and Merchant Ships employed as men of War in their Service, and in what time such of them as want Repairs can be repaired.
