In pursuance of her Majesty's pleasure, signified by a letter of today's date by Sir John Trenchard, a Principal Secretary of State, we direct you to cause so many more Caulkers and other Workmen to be employed at Portsmouth as shall be necessary for the immediate fitting out of the 25 Sail of Men of War there with all dispatch.
