Your letter of June 14th last opined that the four new Bomb vessels lately launched, namely the FIREDRAKE, GRANADO, SERPENT and MORTAR should be established as fifth Rates, and will require sixty five Men and twelve Guns.
Direct you to establish these vessels accordingly, and that they be registered on the List of the Royal Navy as fifth Rates.
