In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Whereas we have given orders to the Admirals of their Majesties' Fleet to send to Blackstakes all the three Deck Ships now at St. Helens, except the ST. ANDREW, ST. MICHAEL, NEPTUNE and VANGUARD, we direct you to cause a fitting number of able Pilots to be timely dispatched away to meet the said ships off Dover, and to bring them from there into the River Medway.
