Direct you to cause a survey to be taken of the Merchant Ship WOOLFE, which was lately in their Majesties' Service , and report to us what Repairs or Works have been done to her since she was discharged the Service, together with your opinion whether she is fitting to be employed as a Man of War in their Majesties' Service.
