Captain Benbow, Master Attendant of the Deptford Yard, being ordered by her Majesty on a particular Service, we direct you to cause John Mackay, Boatswain of the hulk at Deptford, to perform the duty of Master Attendant at that Yard during such time as Captain Benbow is employed on his Service.
