In pursuance of her Majesty's pleasure, signified by Sir John Trenchard, a Principal Secretary of State, we direct you to cause the hired Hospital Ship the CONCORD, also the MUSCOVIA MERCHANT Storeship, with the Stores in her, together with the eight ships named in the Margin, to have such Works performed to them at Spithead as necessary for fitting them for Sea Service this Winter, and to be furnished with suitable Stores for this Service, and the Victualls they now have completed to four months with all expedition.
