Several Men are to be turned over from the Ships ordered from Portsmouth to Chatham into the Ships mentioned in the List on the other side, which are designed on particular Service.
Direct you to solicit the Treasury for Money to pay the Men turned over, which you are to send to Portsmouth with all speed, and to cause the Men turned over to be paid the Wages due to them as soon as possible to the last of March past, beginning first with the Ships mentioned in the Margin which are ordered out to Sea on immediate Service.
