In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Enclosed is an account of the Mayor of Lynn's disbursements in impressing and maintaining fifty seamen for the sum of £22.15.0 and the receipt for the same given by Captain Fitzpatrick of the LARKE from the owner of the ROBERT dogger, the vessel the Mayor put them on board. You are directed to pay this account upon finding it reasonable, to such person as the Mayor may appoint to receive it.
