In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Lieutenant Robert Belwood and Mr Walter Ettricke have disbursed several sums in impressing seamen and you are directed to pay them what you shall judge to be reasonable. For that part of the account for which they cannot produce vouchers, you are to take testimony from them and give them what you consider is due, You are also directed to pay Mr Ettricke £10 which he agreed to pay Mr Haxby, Master of the ROSE OF SUNDERLAND for bringing 60 seamen from Newcastle.
