In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

You are directed to supply the ships mentioned in this letter upon their arrival at Plymouth. They are to be supplied with victuals and stores for service in the West Indies, in such proportions as you judge necessary and as this relates to stores to be provided by the owners of hired ships by contract with your Board. Whatever is supplied to them is to be deducted at the market price. Kings ships: DUNKIRKE, FORESIGHT, QUAKER. Hired ships: BERKLEY CASTLE, ARCHANGEL, HANNIBAL, PRINCESS ANNE, SCEPTAR, SAMPSON, SMIRNA MERCHANT, SUPPLY.
