Captain Lawrence Wright, Commander of the DUNKIRKE, has written about the defects of the ship. She has been ordered to Sheerness and you are directed to have her surveyed and repaired and to report on the reason for the defects, she having been lately certified as having a thorough repair. She is required to proceed without delay to the West Indies.
