George Peachy, Clerk of the Rope Yard at Portsmouth
Thomas Evans, Surgeon at Sheerness
Thomas Beckwith, Porter at Portsmouth
You are therefore directed to discharge these persons from their employment and appoint such fitting persons you shall judge proper for these duties until others shall be appointed by this board.
