In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Our letter of 22 June directed you to send us a list of all the warrant officers employed in the several yards with their characters and fitness for continued employment in the service. Also a list of other persons considered qualified for such employment. We repeated our request in a letter of 29 June and having had no answer we have thought fit to remind you and that we expect it to be brought to us upon your attending us next Friday.
