In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

The Admiralty has received letters from the commanders of the MONTAGUE, WARSPITE, PLYMOUTH, OXFORD and ST. DAVID, now at Spithead, about the want of men and the defects of these ships. You are to consider the enclosed letters and to come tomorrow afternoon to give your advice as to where the ships may be ordered to be repaired and supplied with men.
