In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We have received a letter from Captain Wroth of the hired ship SUCCESS, in which he complains that the ship is very ill fitted by the owners and the bread is so mouldy that it is not fit to eat. I am sending a letter to you to make enquiry as to whether the ship has been detained so long for her provisions.
