The Admiralty informs the Navy Board that she is now to be called the DOVER'S PRIZE and established as a Fifth Rate with the same number of men and guns as the Fifth Rate last built. She is to be fitted out at Kinsale for service in the Channel and supplied with her highest complement of men and supplied with victuals for three months.
