In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Upon consideration of your Report of the 8th December concerning Captain Vickars compliance with Admiralty instructions when he commanded the JAMES GALLEY, from the 9th February 1690 to the 20th February 1691, we direct you cause him to be paid his Wages for this time, taking care that any damage thay may have been received by his bearing any Men iregularly be made good out of his Wages.
