We direct you to sign bills on the Treasurer of the Navy for paying Captain Nivelle, Commander of the CAPTAINE, for the capture of the French privateer WYLDE when he commanded the CENTURION, this payment to be divided between Captain Nivelle and the other Officers and Men who belonged to the CENTURION at the time of the capture.
