In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Having ordered the NORWICH to Sheerness and the OXFORD to Woolwich to be refitted for Service in the Channel, we direct you to cause the same to be gone into on their arrival at these places, and completed as soon as may be, and that they be furnished with four months Victuals for this Service, or as much as they can conveniently stow.
