We direct you to cause such an allowance for house rent to be made to George St. Loe Esq, one of the Principal Officers and Commissioners of the Navy, as is usual for such as do not have houses in the Navy Office, and you are also to allow him the like number of Clerks, and with the same salary as any of the Commissioners have that are not appointed to any particular Service, the same to commence from the date of the Patent constituting him a Principal Officer and Commissioner of the Navy.
