In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

You have informed us that the new 4th Rate building at the Plymouth Yard will be ready to launch on the 17th this month, which Ship we have named the ANGELSEA, and to be established with the same number of Men and Guns as allowed for the CENTURION.
Direct you cause her to be launched at that time accordingly, fitted out for Channel service, manned with her highest complement of Men, and victualled for three months with all dispatch, and entered on the List of the Royal Navy.
