In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to give orders to the Victualling Commissioners to furnish Sir Francis Wheeler with Credit at Cadiz, or such other Ports as most proper, for such a sum of money as will be requisite to pay the Men of the Squadron now going under his Command to the Mediterranean (seven thousand six hundred and forty five) their short allowance money.
