We are informed that the six Shipwrights, whose names are mentioned in the margin, are at present employed in the Yards therein expressed. They desire to be discharged in order to go to New England to work there for the improvement of Shipping there.
We direct you to discharge these Men from the Yards so they are at liberty to proceed to New England as they desire.
