In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Directing that Captain Brackell's ship the MESSENGER be cleaned at Portsmouth and following that Captain La Palme's ship. An anchor is to be supplied to the Commander of the Dutch ship the [OLSHUYSEN] of Zeeland in connection with his carrying Prince Lewis of Baden. The anchor is either to be paid for or returned.
