In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Jordan Tanered, the Administrator to Captain John Tanered of the TARTAN Prize who was taken with his ship by the enemy, has informed the Admiralty that he laid out the sum sixty six pounds for the support of his brother and for attention to his wounds. Instructions are given that Captain Tanered's wages are to be paid to the Administrator and that if there is a shortfall, the balance is to be made up.
