In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Captain Hicks, Commander of the KINGFISHER, which is one of the Convoys bound for Virginia and Maryland and under Sailing Orders, has informed us that his Purser has no Money or Credit aboard for the Beer that is wanted, and to proceed without it would be to their great detriment.
We direct you to give Orders to the Victualling Commissioners to furnish the Ship with the Beer ordered for her or Credit for the same.
