Directing that the Commissioners for Victualling hire a large Fly boat as cheaply as possible for receiving wet provisions at Sheerness for the benefit of ships arriving at the Nore, as well as supplying estimates for hiring four such ships and for building storehouses at Sheerness to accommode wet provisions.
