In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The FORESIGHT and the HENRY Prize are to be cleaned and refitted for service in the Channel as soon as they arrive at Portsmouth and Sheerness respectively. They are to receive their highest complements of men and the FORESIGHT is to be victualled for four months and the HENRY for three months.
