Petition of William Parker having served for over thirty years in a variety of capacities, including nine years as Master in a number of ships and who, having lost a hand fighting the French, together with failing sight and other infirmities now seeks a pension. On the reverse is an instruction to the Navy Board to look into the matter and advise on the merits of his claim.
