In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You have informed us that the Westermost new third Rate Ship building at Harwich will be ready to launch by the 1st or 2nd of May next, which we have named the IPSWICH, and established her with the same Ordnance as allowed to the BREDAH.
We direct you cause her to be launched as soon as convenient, and fitted out for Service in the Channel, manned with her highest complement of Men and victualled for four months like the rest of the Ships of the Main fleet.
