Directing that the Commissioned and Warrant Officers of the DIAMOND, CYGNET Fireship, MILFORD and WARRINGTON recently captured by the enemy be paid their wages, excepting the Captians of the DIAMOND and CYGNET having been acquitted by Court Martial.
