We have ordered a Lieutenant and sixty Men from the ARCHANGEL to go down to Harwich to assist in the launching and mooring and fitting for sea of the new 3rd Rate Ship IPSWICH, which is suddenly due to be launched, and to follow such orders they receive from Captain Benbow, Master Attendant of the Deptford Yard.
