In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

We have ordered a Lieutenant and sixty Men from the ARCHANGEL to go down to Harwich to assist in the launching and mooring and fitting for sea of the new 3rd Rate Ship IPSWICH, which is suddenly due to be launched, and to follow such orders they receive from Captain Benbow, Master Attendant of the Deptford Yard.
We direct you to send Captain Benbow, together with Riggers and Labourers as you think fit, to Harwich to assist in dispatching the workers mentioned..
