In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Cashier to the Navy Treasury has informed us that following directions given to him by this Board for procuring ready Money upon some Tallys on the Excise, which have been in the Treasury's hands since1691, he has procured the sum of five thousand pounds on these Tallys in consideration of the interest due thereon.
We direct you to make allowance to the Navy Treasurer of the interest due on these Tallys for the said sum accordingly.
