In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The King has instructed that shipping is to be made available to transport the effects of Colonel Francis Russel to Barbados where he is to be Governor. Furthermore, extra shipping is to be provided to ship two coaches, a number of horses and servants and a quantity of coal. Instructions are given for shipping to be hired in readiness.
