In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to cause all possible dispatch to be made in fitting out to Sea the six Machine vessels named in the margin, and that they be manned with the numbers of Men lately appointed for them, victualled for four months, and established as vessels of the sixth Rate.
