In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We have given directions to Sir Francis Wheler to send the NORWICH into Portsmouth Harbour to be cleaned and refitted for Service in the Channell, in case she has not come from Spithead towards the Downs.
We direct you, so soon as she comes into Harbour, to cause this to be put in hand and completed as soon as possible, and that she be furnished with four months Victuals, or so much as she can conveniently stow.
