In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Having directed Sir Francis Wheler to make a choice of, and carry with him to the Mediterranean, such one of the five Brigantines now at Portsmouth as he shall think fit, We direct you to cause the selected Brigantine to be immediately fitted for such a voyage and furnished with Stores and Provisions in the same manner as the other Ships of the Squadron bound there.
