In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to cause Captain Allen, who is appointed Storekeeper and Muster Master of the Squadron going to the Mediterranean, to be borne with his two Clerks in Victualls, and one Servant in Victualls and Wages, on board the MUSCOVIA Merchant Storeship which attends the Squadron.
Also that he be furnished with an eight oar Boat, completely fitted, to attend him in the execution of his employment, to be manned out of the Storeship as he shall have occasion to make use of her.
