The Flag Officers in the Medway and at the Nore have been ordered to send some men overland to Portsmouth to crew ships there. The Navy Board is to supply the accompanying Officers with conduct money for use by the men. An Order is given for all of the Third Rates at the Nore to sail for the Downs and for the Comptroller of the Navy to proceed there with funds with which to pay the men of the ships not already paid at the Nore.
