In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Masters and Rulers of Watermens' Hall have been directed to deliver three hundred watermen to Captain Holyman of the CHARLES Fireship and to Lieutenant Johnson of the ST.ANDREW for onward delivery to Portsmouth. The Officers are to be provided with waggons for transporting the men's cloathing to Portsmouth and are to be given conduct money.
