In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
In answer to that part of your letter of the 7th inst; concerning the obstructions which Mr Waters, the contractor for building the new Docks and houses at Plymouth, meets with making bricks for these works, we inform you that we ordered Mr Whittaker to attend the Attorney General with a State of the case to know his opinion what is fitting to be done.
Having received this from him we are sending a copy of his opinion.
Mr Whittaker is also directed to attend your Board to give you an account of what is further necessary to be done in the matter.
