We are sending on the other side the names of the six Machine Vessels lately ordered to be fitted, together with an account of the number of Seamen aboard them last year, besides the Officers appointed to perform the Execution.
We direct you to consider and report to this Board what number and sort of Officers in your opinion will be further necessary to be allowed to each of these vessels.
