In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Upon consideration of your Report of the 23rd inst; to this Board of the Men to be allowed to the six Machine vessels named in the margin for sailing them, we direct you to cause the first five to be established with ten Men each, and the YOUNG LADY with eight, including therein a Person to act as a Master and Commander, a Mate and a Carpenter.

Vessels in the margin:- St. NICHOLAS, CROWN HERRING, MASTERLAND, ABRAHAM's OFFERING, SEA HORSE, YOUNG LADY.
